You use the sentence: If you fail to say No at this level, the server logs you off the system.
I think a more direct sentence is easier to understand:
If you answer YES at this level, the server logs you off the system.
Later you have a paragraph:
Your Electronic Signature Code Your Electronic Signature Code is an electronic version of your legally binding signature. You are legally responsible for anything your code is attached to. Using someone else's code on your work, or allowing your code to be used on someone else's work, is a serious legal and ethical violation. Keep your code secret, and be aware of what it is being used on.
again, there is nothing wrong with this, I just think repeating electronic signature" is better than repeating the word "code" i.e.:
Your Electronic Signature Code Your Electronic Signature Code is an electronic version of your legally binding signature. You are legally responsible for anything your electronic signature is attached to. Using someone else's electronic signature on your work, or allowing your electronic signature to be used on someone else's work, is a serious legal and ethical violation. Keep your electronic signature code secret, and be aware of what it is being used on.
As an aside, I have no idea how to do some of what you are warning them not to do. You cannot use someone else's electronic signature unless you have already logged in using their access code and verify code, nor can you allow someone else to use your electronic signature code unless they login using your access code and verify code. Maybe this paragraph should be reformulated.
You have the line later which I found confusing, primarily because an "I" looks like a lower case "l" and there were no lowercase "l"s in the example. Finally, I realized that the example was using an uppercase "I" to talk about the lower case "i" in the example, another issue was that there were no quotes about the letter and number that were being replaced.
The document has: For example, we could replace the letter Is with number 1s: oatgj1att1atw. I would use a different letter+number combination, perhaps For example, we could replace the letter "a"s with number "4"s: o4tgji4tti4tw.
I hope this review helps... David
