Micronetics had a great early implementation of the M Windowing API called MSM-Workstation that the released right before Intersystems Corporation acquired the company's assets. George James has an informative webpage about MSM-Workstation here:

HI Intersystems,

For many years I have run MSM PC 386 on a DOS system
and have a large amount of data.

The DOS hardware (HDD less than 4G), no USB etc is now intolerable

Do you have product that will run my stuff, with little changes on Windows eg 32 or 7

It was a 10 terminal system but now retired I need a lot less eg 1 + 2 printers

DANE HORGAN dhorgan2@bigpond.net.au

Thanks
