Under the category LEARN MUMPS - PAIDEIA, we should have two sub-categories :

MUMPS Programming I
and
MUMPS Programming II

Within each, I can create topics for each lesson content and discussion.

We will be covering the understanding of 1995 standard MUMPS. How to program using the language. Versions and specific implementation language elements are irrelevant - just mud in the water at this point. Once you know how to code in standard MUMPS, you can easily read the implementation specific manuals and use those elements.

To answer what I think your question is Laxmikanth. I believe he means level of understanding.
The Mumps 1 is an introduction and the Mumps 2 would be something that you move on to after Mumps 1.
I could be completely wrong though.
