A quick hello for now. Will add more details later. After a very long absence I am back to programming in MUMPS (the Cache' flavor). First programmed in MUMPS under MGlobal in 1991 and left it all behind. Now after working with more than a dozen other languages and just as many databases I came back after re-evaluating MUMPS development in 2008. What impressed me the most was ISC's Object enhancements and the new and better application UIs. I am a believer now. The perfect database integrated with the UI of your choice. |
